Qualiphy Quidget is a cutting-edge platform in the healthcare and telemedicine space. Focused on weight loss, diabetes, and other lifestyle-related health issues, Qualiphy connects doctors, clinics, and patients through a unified digital experience. The goal was to onboard healthcare providers and enable them to offer patient consultations, sell medications, and manage subscriptions efficiently. The biggest challenge? Ensuring smooth integration across different website platforms and streamlining the medicine fulfillment process. Through smart tech choices and adaptive workflows, the project successfully launched a scalable, secure, and accessible digital health ecosystem.

Project Objective

Project Challenges

Qualiphy needed to rapidly onboard doctors, clinics, and solo practitioners onto its platform. However, each client had a different technical setup—some had WordPress websites, others used Shopify or Wix, and many didn’t have a website at all. The challenge was creating a consistent experience while accommodating all these variations. Additionally, the platform needed a secure, automated medicine purchase and fulfillment system to complete the digital care loop.

Requirement Gathering

We conducted technical audits of client sites and discussed the onboarding flow for doctors and patients.

Design & Architecture

We used a component-based architecture with APIs handling:

  • Document verification
  • Prescription validation

Deployment and QA

Modules were rolled out in phases. Extensive cross-platform testing was done, especially for varied website integrations.

Work Flow

Start Consultation

The user journey begins when a patient clicks “Start Consultation” on the platform. This initiates their interaction with the Quidget.

Medicine Selection Page

The patient is directed to the medicine page where they can browse available medications. Upon selecting a drug (e.g., Semaglutide), they proceed by clicking “Buy Now.”

Dosage Details Page

Next, the patient is taken to a page to enter dosage and treatment preferences, ensuring the prescription is customized to their needs.

Billing & Payment

On the following page, the patient inputs billing and payment details. Once submitted, the payment is securely processed.

Medical History & Complication Questionnaire

After payment, the patient is presented with a questionnaire that asks about:

  • Previous medical complications
  • Relevant health history

This step ensures medical safety and treatment appropriateness.

Video Consultation Booking

Upon completing the questionnaire, the system redirects the patient to a video consultation page where they:

  • Select a time slot
  • Attend a live consultation
  • Get consultation verified by a licensed doctor.

Intelligent Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Once the consultation is approved, the backend process is triggered:

  • The system detects the ZIP code entered during billing.
  • This ZIP code maps to a state ID and product ID.
  • Based on these IDs, a list of licensed partner pharmacies is fetched.
  • The system automatically selects the pharmacy with the lowest price.
  • The medicine is then shipped directly to the patient’s address.
