Focused on weight loss, diabetes, and other lifestyle-related health issues, Qualiphy connects doctors, clinics, and patients through a unified digital experience. The goal was to onboard healthcare providers and enable them to offer patient consultations, sell medications, and manage subscriptions efficiently. The biggest challenge? Ensuring smooth integration across different website platforms and streamlining the medicine fulfillment process. Through smart tech choices and adaptive workflows, the project successfully launched a scalable, secure, and accessible digital health ecosystem.

Qualiphy is a health-tech company that provides virtual consultations and medicine delivery. With a focus on chronic conditions like weight issues and diabetes, the brand promotes accessible and remote healthcare through subscription-based services and one-time product sales.
Qualiphy needed to rapidly onboard doctors, clinics, and solo practitioners onto its platform. However, each client had a different technical setup—some had WordPress websites, others used Shopify or Wix, and many didn’t have a website at all. The challenge was creating a consistent experience while accommodating all these variations. Additionally, the platform needed a secure, automated medicine purchase and fulfillment system to complete the digital care loop.
We built a modular platform called Qualiphy Quidget that could be integrated into different website infrastructures:

The user journey begins when a patient clicks “Start Consultation” on the platform. This initiates their interaction with the Quidget.
The patient is directed to the medicine page where they can browse available medications. Upon selecting a drug (e.g., Semaglutide), they proceed by clicking “Buy Now.”
Next, the patient is taken to a page to enter dosage and treatment preferences, ensuring the prescription is customized to their needs.
On the following page, the patient inputs billing and payment details. Once submitted, the payment is securely processed.
After payment, the patient is presented with a questionnaire that asks about:
