Project Objective

The objective of the ERC Approve was to design and implement a specialized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to their needs. This CRM aimed to enhance the efficiency of tracking and managing affiliates and clients referred through their extensive affiliate network. The system needed to accommodate various user roles, ensuring that affiliates, clients, and administrators could easily interact and manage their respective responsibilities. By providing tools to collect, store, and analyze client and affiliate data, the CRM would offer a comprehensive view of interactions and improve the overall process of managing ERC claims.

Monitoring Affiliates

Streamlining Document Signatures for Client and Affiliate Agreements

A notable challenge revolved around the process of sending agreements to clients and affiliates for signatures. The existing manual system proved inefficient, prompting the need for an automated approach to handle document signatures.

Inefficient Document Tracking for Business Owners

The client highlighted the inefficiency in tracking documents uploaded by business owners. The existing process lacked transparency, making it challenging for administrators to manage and evaluate the submitted documents effectively.

  • Integrated Unique Referral Code System For Affiliates: To handle this issue, the developer's team at LogicSquare implemented a unique referral code system for each affiliate and embedded that referral code in the business and affiliate application link that they share with new users. This way, we were able to keep track of their referrals.
  • Integrated DocuSign For E-Signatures: To address this challenge, LogicSquare opted to implement DocuSign, a leading E-signature solution, to automate the signature collection process. However, the implementation of DocuSign brought its own set of challenges, particularly in terms of setting up and seamlessly integrating it with the existing system. Ultimately, we successfully integrated DocuSign into the CRM software.
